- Members cannot share their MHP GOLD account
- Members cannot ask us to send tickets to family or friends
- Members can purchase non-members tickets for full price along with their discounted tickets
- When a member cancels, the membership ends on the day of cancellation
- Once membership is cancelled, you cannot renew for 6 months
- Members can cancel by email or text message
- Ticket must exceed $80 in value on competitor site on price match
- Screenshot must be provided when requesting a price match
- Competitor price and name must be disclosed during a price match
- Ticket price may not exceed $5,000
- Ticket discount may not exceed $500
- Membership is for 1 ticket or full suite per purchase
- Members cannot buy multiple single tickets with the same discount
- Individual VIP Tickets discounted at 10%
- 3 Month Membership required in order to discount full private suites
- Full Suites will be discounted at 5%
- Full Suite discounts may not exceed $500
- Free VIP Parking is added as a discount to an invoice of $50
- Free VIP Ticket is added as a discount to an invoice of $100
- Free ticket incentives reset on the anniversary day of the subscription
- 4+ Year Members Will Continue to Receive a Free VIP Ticket Each Year

- Membership is subject to termination at any time
- Memberships are not pro-rated and will not be partially refunded
