Areas of Focus

- Build the Tech Stack (HubSpot!): Configure and maintain HubSpot marketing to enable marketing campaign content development, publishing, and management.

- Promote Content: Increase traffic and visibility of marketing campaign assets through website promotion, email marketing, social media promo, and more.

- Strategize and Copywrite: Develop an outline of the campaigns that are most likely to have the biggest impact, then draft the content plan and copy.

- Create Workflows and Automations: Streamline operations with workflows that handle routine tasks, such as assigning leads to specific owners, updating specific CRM fields, automatically sending content, creating deals or tasks, and more.

- Develop Campaign Assets: Build campaign content, such as blogs, landing and thank you pages, emails, payment links, social media posts, calls to action, and more.

- Report and Analyze: Enable KPI reporting and review dashboards and reports to analyze campaign effectiveness and continually improve outcomes.

*Note: Additional hours may be needed to accomplish your objectives.

How You're Charged
--------------------
- The kick-off meeting is FREE! (Not counted as part of your purchased hours.) 

- We discuss and agree upon the sales and marketing objectives, priorities, agenda, and time-frames.

- Each agenda item is translated into a task in Asana project manager to track progress and communication.

- Time spent on each client meeting or task is tracked minute-to-minute using Harvest time tracker. 

- We regularly check in with you to share how progress measures against the projections and if there are any friction points slowing things down.

Terms
--------------------
- Payment due by the last day of the month each month for 12 months.

- You may terminate this Agreement, without cause, on 60 days prior notice to Ascend Business Growth, provided you first pay all outstanding Ascend Business Growth invoices and for all Work and Services performed or produced under this Agreement up to and including the date of termination, including work in progress.

- Each company is different in the level of service and support they need. Additional hours can be purchased if needed to complete the marketing objectives

- If the level of hours purchased does not match the flow of client work, we will address how to better align the budget with the agenda within 30 days. (i.e., we have hours left over or use them too quickly in the month due to requests and requirements.)
