Service Agreement - Scheduling Consultant
If Emergency Service is purchased, On Time Edge will call the number you provide to schedule.  You will be called within 6 business hours of the Service Agreement being received.  Emergency Service will begin immediately. 

If Daily Service is purchased, On Time Edge will call the number you provide to schedule.  You will receive a call within 1 business day to schedule service.  Daily Service will be scheduled within 3 business days.

On Time Edge will provide a Scheduling Consultant to perform the following types of services:
  • Scheduling Route Changes
  • Equipment Addition/Subtraction
  • Item Addition/Subtraction
  • Data Normalization
  • Database Modification
  • Database Troubleshooting
  • APS Application Troubleshooting
  • Personnel Training
  • SOP Documentation
  • How-To Video Creation
Term of Agreement
On Time Edge Scheduling Consultant shall be available to Client until the work requested is complete, or for an 8 business hour period.  
  • Each additional day of Emergency Service or Daily Service will be billed at the agreed upon daily rate
  • Each same day additional hour of Emergency Service above 8 hours will be billed at $450.00 per hour
  • Each same day additional hour of Daily Service above 8 hours will be billed at $300.00 per hour
Any hours to which an On Time Edge warranty applies will not be charged.  See your original On Time Edge contract for specific warranty information on your system.

Limitation of Liability
On Time Edge liability for failure to troubleshoot the system failure is limited to a refund of the fee paid for this service agreement.  The liability of On Time Edge employees is also limited to the fee paid.  This liability limitation is binding on Customer and all Customer employees.  Customer assumes the risk of losses greater than the fee paid for this service agreement.  Customer agrees to immediately accept a refund of the fee as full settlement of any and all claims which may arise from this service agreement.
