What to expect next: 

1. Activate your Inclusivv Membership
As part of Membership Pro, you get access to the Inclusion and Belonging Journey to start receiving monthly curated content. You'll also be invited to 60- or 90-minute conversations each month hosted by Inclusivv online to experience what it feels like to lead conversations. 

2. Sign-up for and complete facilitation training
The facilitation training consists of an initial four-part series of modules, shared via video or during a live training. Then afterwards you'll be encouraged to practice by attending the online monthly Membership conversations hosted by Inclusivv, where you'll practice moderating the breakout rooms and create psychologically safe spaces for sharing.

3. Begin receiving monthly conversation guides!
Once the facilitation training has been completed, Pro Members will be able to access all 12 topics as part of the Inclusion and Belonging Journey, with one topic being delivered each month.

Each Membership Pro seat is designed to support small teams of less than 100 people.  For organizations or teams larger than 100 employees, we recommend 1 Pro seat per 100 employees.
