Cancellation and Attendance Policy
Training cancellations made prior to payment will not incur any penalty. Once payment is made, Peer Recovery Training and Support Services orders non-refundable training materials and schedules the appropriate training personnel. Thus, once payment is made, all trainings are non-refundable. Trainees who must cancel a training session will be issued a credit that must be used within six months of the cancelled training. Cancellation requests should be emailed to dwayne@peerrecoverysupport.com. All training times are listed in the Eastern Standard Time Zone, trainees are responsible for converting the time to their own time zone to be on time. Free Trainings: Individuals who register for a free training and cancel without notice and/or no-show forfeit the ability to be able to take a free training with this organization for twelve months. Cancellation requests should be emailed to dwayne@peerrecoverysupport.com.
