CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Client Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between:

Effective Date: Date of Purchase
1. SERVICES PROVIDED
Wave AI Solutions agrees to provide the following services:
AI Chatbot Setup – Configuration and integration of a chatbot for Client’s website.
Instant Access to Setup Guide – Instructions on how to use and implement the chatbot.
Customization – Ability to modify chatbot responses and language model settings.
Technical Support – Assistance with troubleshooting and optimization.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
The Client agrees to pay the selected subscription fee as listed on our pricing page.
Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our refund policy.
Recurring payments will be charged automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client agrees to:
Provide necessary access (e.g., website credentials, API keys) for chatbot integration.
Use the chatbot in compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards.
Not resell or distribute the chatbot software without prior written consent.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Wave AI Solutions is not responsible for any damages, data loss, or business disruptions caused by the chatbot. The Client uses the service at their own risk.
5. TERMINATION & CANCELLATION
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.
If the Client cancels their subscription, service access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
6. PRIVACY & DATA SECURITY
We comply with strict data security policies. The chatbot does not store sensitive client or user data beyond what is necessary for functionality.
7. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE
By purchasing our AI chatbot service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
