This training plan starts at 9hrs and builds up to 21 hours over 23 weeks with daily workouts starting from 45min-60/day building up to 9/10hrs on wknds for the long bricks by the end of the plan. Most weeks include on average approx. 3-4 x swims, 3 x bikes and 3-4 x runs. In order to start this plan we recommend a decent level of fitness and completion of a 70.3 race or have been doing the sport for up to at least 6months.

The plan is set out as 4 week blocks building each week, every 4th week is a recovery. Key race simulation BRICKS are built up throughout the plan building in intensity and length each month as you get fitter.
