Manual purchase is not included in this registration. You are required to purchase your own manual for Ethical Considerations prior to the training.
Cancellation Policy
Training cancellations made prior to payment will not incur any penalty. Once payment is made, Peer Recovery Training and Support Services orders non-refundable training materials and schedules the appropriate training personnel. Thus, once payment is made, all trainings are non-refundable. Trainees who must cancel a training session will be issued a credit that must be used within six months of the cancelled training. Cancellation requests should be emailed to dwayne@peerrecoverysupport.com. All trainings are listed in the Eastern Standard Time Zone, trainees are responsible for converting the time to their own time zone and to be on time. Free Trainings: Individuals who register for a free training and cancel without notice and/or no-show forfeit the ability to be able to take a free training with this organization for twelve months. Cancellation requests should be emailed to dwayne@peerrecoverysupport.com.
